i can send or post a link for a pic but here is the short story, my bike is running a sifton cast alum. brake up front. most of you who bought ez-rider magazine off the rack in the 70's know what this is. the hole for the axle and spacer has wollerd out over time and i need it bored out round and oversized for a brass bushing. i can make the bushing at work but i cant sneak a brake in there and set it up without the man giving me shit. thanks. ill pay ya for your trouble ..thanks

Can't you drill it out on a drill press (or even by hand) and then use a reamer to get it to size? Usually they drill them 1/64th undersize and use a ream to get the final size.
