Simple Igntion Wire Question...

This is a stupid question cause I should have marked my wires before taking them off..

but,

One of my ignition wires go's to my Battery terminal and the other one go's to my 30 amp circuit breaker...My question is does the other wire from my ignition go to the Bat or Aux side of the circuit breaker?

Huh?
For ignition you should have the "I" termial on the switch going to the bottom of the coil, and the top terminal (on an HD) of the coil going to you points. So depending on where you are in the ignition circuit, you only have one wire (at points), two (at coil) or one (at the "I" terminal)
