Must be able to set up and operate a variety of manual/conventional machine tools to include Bridgeport style mills, lathes. Other equipment used will be 4th axis rotary, drill presses, hydraulic presses.

The two machines you would be using frequently is a Haas VF2 and an Okuma LB15.

Mastercam Xxx experience is mandatory.

Solidworks experience is mandatory.

Experience with Steel Stamping and Aluminum Casting will be a big plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Fabricate New parts in development for Flyrite Choppers
- Work to build new parts line for Flyrite Hotrods.
- Measure work carefully with precision of +/- .0005 consistently
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all shop equipment
- Care for precision instruments by cleaning at the end of each work day and storing properly
- Perform some CNC setup and operation experience (Specifically to the HAAS control)

Ability To:
- Visualize parts or equipment that need to be made for rough sketches and/or oral instruction
- Read blueprints, shop drawings, sketches, models or other visual aids
- Maintain a clean and well organized work area
- Stay focused on the job at hand
- Arrive to work on time
- Communicate effectively with other shop personnel

Yeh Tim the sea freight company really let us down this time . I'll be changing freight companies after this one lands and I extend my apologies to my customers for the delay . I have parts in it for my entry in the Underground Biker Build Off so you know I'll do whatever I can to get them out of quarantine as quickly as possible when they land .

We just used a Flyrite rear primary brake "sprotor" kit on a customer bike. Haven't had it out for a ride yet so I will chime in later with a performance report, but the finish on these parts is down right exquisite. And Tim and Jason were very helpful and quick to answer our stupid questions before the purchase.

Oh, and they fit nicely in our Ironhead and Evo sporty tail section jobs.
