I am at my wits end. How do you post pictures from a web site? Every time I try I get a ?. I know it can be done because other people have posted the pictures for me. Also I am using a Mac. I Know how to cut and paste and have read the sticky on how to post pictures.
Thanks Matt

I dont know about Mac.....but if you can view or show the pic properties, cut and paste the pic url.
You want the one that starts with http:// and ends with .jpg. Just copy-paste that straight into your post like a site link.
Then manually add in front and behind, with no spaces. This makes pics show on here.
Here's an example, from your site -
The pic url (will be a link pasted) - http://www.wreckedmetals.com/albums/Current-Projects/album13.highlight.jpg
With tags added -

Note - certain sites embed a hidden code so their pics cant be linked like this, notably any blog pics from blogger.com or blogspot.com sites. When people try to copy-post those they just show the red 'X'.

Thanks! That was driving me crazy. It was the right click thing that was killing me. On a mac you hit control then push down on the mouse to get the picture url.

Unless you have a conventional mouse or even better, a Mighty Mouse.

At least on the Mac there's a freeware program called "Grab' that'll grab them for you..
