Best to just hit the http://www.jockeyjournal.com/forum/hamb/buttons/report.gif button whenever you see a post like that, gets everyone's attention & we take them out.

Sometimes there's a half-dozen of them per day & many times they splatter multiple posts to different threads, not make their own threads, so harder to spot. Dont even bother re'ing to them, just pull the trigger.
