In lieu of spending big bucks on a JMC alloy swingarm, wider than the stock Sportster unit, I was wondering if anyone has mounted the '99-up cast/wide swingarm from a Buell onto their XL......my bike is '00 year XL.
thanks

Why not widen the sporty swingarm to fit the Buell wheel. The only pain is widening your sporty frame to get a wide enough fender to cover the Buell meat. I would cut out the oil tank/ battery box area for a drop seat and still run shocks. Just my 2 cents.
