I have a new one-off aluminum(alloy) tank I just finished and thought i'd offer it up for sale here, to you guys. Of coarse this is a very lightweight aluminum(alloy) tank, that holds about 3.7 gallons and fits the Honda CB/CL 350 twins(may fit the SL350 also..not sure). This is probadly one of the nicest tanks i've made yet and has become my favorite.....really enjoyed making it and may build another on special request(requires a more work than the standard tank I build), but for right now this is it....no more like this. This new tank has a recessed alloy center tank strap. Also....this tank must be used with a solo race seat, as its way too long to fit with a stock seat in place. Price to JJ members will be $850 plus shipping.

If anyone is interested in purchasing it, feel free to drop me a note thru my website or a PM here.

Also....been saying it for a long time, that I will make an aluminum(alloy)
CR750 tank.

I'm hoping within the next few days to get my hands on an original factory Honda race tank, to make some templates from and start hammering the first one out soon. Once those are available I will have them listed at my website also.

Thanks again to everyone who has purchased my tanks in the past and look forward to those of you who may become new customers.
Hope you enjoy the pics,
Greg

You are doing great work with alum. - does your talents only consist of cafe style or do you dabble with other shapes????

Hey guys...thanks for the ups on the tanks.

...and yes do dabble with other tanks....not much, but some. Here is a pic of the alloy body work I made for my lowered CB500/4.

Thanks Dragon!!

Also wanted to mention that the tank listed above has been sold. The center strap alloy tank isnt one of the regular tanks I offer, but if someone needs another one....feel free to drop me an IM thru this website or an email at my website and I can always build another one.
Thanks again guys for all the positive comments on the tanks.....truely appreciated,

Just in case anyone is interested....have another tank available. This is a pretty light weight tank...trying to hit that 2.5lbs mark. Used a lighter twist on alloy cap..will try and get it on a scale here soon.
Will start hammering out the CR750 alloy tank this weekend. All the templates are done....need to cut out the metal and start hammering away. May try and take some video of the build. Will keep you guys posted.
