Hey Scott, you have already done the hard part of getting them uploaded to an image hosting site...

1. When you reply to or post a message, just open up your photo album in a second internet explorer window.
2. Each image has three text boxes under the image.
3. Left click on the bottom text box under the particular image you want to insert in your post, this will highlight the text in the box blue. The text in the box starts with [IMG]...
4. right click on the text now, and select "copy".
5. Go back to the Jockey Journal window, place the cursor in the reply box (where I am typing this now), and right click again. Select "Paste". You will see that the address that was in that texbox under your photo is now in the box you are typing your message in.
6. Now just hit the Submit Reply button and you are done....
