I got a '82 KZ750 for free that I was told was complete but after getting it home saw it was missing the igniter, voltage regulator and fuse box. I gathered all the parts and when you try to hook a battery to it sparks fly. The parts I got were the correct ones but I think something else must be missing that I don't see. I am wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram or suggestions. I really want to know if the engine runs before I hard tail and customize it.

Thank You Knucklebuster for the diagram and link. I can't wait to get it running and chop it. Thanks Again.

BTW. If you are going with a chopper the fewer wires the better. I used to have a booklet how to wire a chopper. Armond was the author. I am sure you can find this or something similar on the net.
Good luck
