200mm rear tire

hello i am new here and this looks like a great place to get some info.My question is i am building a 200mm rear tire frame with hoop type wishbones i need to know if i make the hoops 11.5 inches wide do i need to off center it so the chain will fit and not hit the frame or so i just center the hoops.Any help would be great thankyou:D

what kind of bike? 11 1/2" sounds like your running a belt. How about some engine specs here..

tigman its going to be a harley frame with a evo motor and i will be running a chain.i think that 11.5 might be to big so i will try 11 niches wide.thankyou for all of your help.
